The FAQ module in OpenCulturas allows for capturing frequently asked questions and publishing helpful answers. This supports platform management by enabling people to help themselves.
You can create any number of categories and determine their order yourself. All categories are compiled on a central landing page, each displaying expandable lists of questions.
Each category automatically has its own target page (with space for a featured image and introductory text), where the associated questions appear automatically as an expandable list (also known as an accordion).
Each answer can also have an optional dedicated page, where illustrated step-by-step guides can be created. For the expandable answers, a shortened version can be entered (otherwise, it will be automatically shortened).

Tip: Compile real questions you receive via email or phone. FAQ pages that look like promotional tools are quickly abandoned by users—even if they might have found their desired answer further down the page.
